Meat – We only use Prime Angus, American Wagyu Beef and Kurobuta Pork at Meet KBBQ. Working with reputable ranchers such as Snake River Farms and Rosewood ensures that quality is priority number one. Special cuts such as A5 Wagyu and Dry Aged beef will also make frequent appearances on the menu.
Fire – As done in traditional Korean barbecue, we cook meat over fire at your table for you. Each cut is served with a custom made set of sauces to perfectly complement and enhance its flavor.
Fermentation – A wide array of local and seasonal fermented items are prepared in our kitchen. Banchan changes throughout the year while modern takes on Korean classics such as Kimchi and Soybean Stew are standards.
Our full-service bar features Korean and local beer, a Pacific Northwest-centric wine list, and specialty Korean ‘Kocktails’ made with a wide array of Soju and spirits. In addition, the wood-fired grill at the front of the restaurant features marinated meats that will be finished at the table including dishes such as Bulgogi, Bibimbap and Galbi.
