Catalina Express offers an hour boat ride to Catalina Island. Departing from ports in San Pedro, Long Beach and Dana Point, Catalina Express’ fleet of eight fast, modern boats make for a quick, easy and fun getaway. Catalina Express is following the guideline set by Cal/OSHA, Public Utilities Commission and the Department of Transportation at this time. As public transportation, 6 feet is not always feasible, so we have reduced capacity to allow for a seat between passengers not traveling together. Couples, groups and families can all sit together. Also as required by the County of LA, please remember to bring a mask or face covering with you to be worn while in our terminal, waiting to board and throughout your time on the vessel. Our crew is working very hard to remind people to wear the mask properly by walking around and making announcements. Please help us continue to provide a safe and secure service to Catalina by wearing your mask completely over your mouth and nose.
