We provide integrative pediatric care for newborns and children in our modern Union Street and Noe Valley offices. Our practice is unique in San Francisco. We use the latest science, nutrition (for children and mothers), and other evidence-based complimentary medicine to inform the care we provide. All patients have 24/7 access to their doctor.
Dr. Julia Getzelman is our primary physician, and she is supported by Drs. Marcella Spera, Nicole Glynn and Colleen Panina. Parents may choose a house call for their newborn check up and we see all other children in the office by appointment. We are open to vaccinating children on a staggered vaccine schedule.
Our pediatric nurse practitioner, Rachel Lynch, is also part of our team. She provides in-depth developmental testing for our patients and sees patients for check ups, immunizations, and acute visits.
