On September 3, 1901, a charter was granted to the Thurmond State Bank in Sayre, Okla., and a few days later the bank was reorganized into The First National Bank. Under its current name, Interbank, it has now grown to include four offices located in Elk City, Clinton, Hobart and Sayre, Okla. Its services include 24-hour account access and information, ATM cards, ATM cash dispensers, agriculture and automobile loans, bank by mail, business loans and checking accounts, cashiers checks as well as certificates of deposit, consumer and home improvement loans, credit cards, direct deposits, money orders and notary service. Interbank also offers online banking, retirement accounts, safe deposit boxes, savings bonds and Visa check cards. .
