Long Beach Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program for people of all fitness levels. We make fitness FUN! No boring treadmills & stuffy gyms, instead motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals, lose weight, get stronger and be more fit and happy.
If you’re bored with your gym, if you drag your feet to your fitness club or never even use your membership, get outdoors with us. Ocean breeze is our A/C and a beautiful sunrise or sunset is our view.
Trainers keep workouts challenging & fun, while everybody goes at their own pace. No matter what your current fitness level, there’s always plenty of motivational support and encouragement from other Boot Campers.
You choose your activity level and push yourself to YOUR limits. Train with as as often as 3, 4, 5 or even 6 days a week and feel better, stronger, healthier. Come outdoors with us and enjoy the fresh air and fun environment.
3 locations: Belmont Heights, Bixby Knolls & Signal Hill (Fridays).
We offer group fitness exercise, personal training, nutritional coaching, health coaching, deep stretch, meditation and more.
Our trainings are a combination of cardio & strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), functional training and even boxing / kickboxing. Some elements of crossfit are also included.
Whether running a marathon, half marathon, an obstacle race, a 5k or 10k or maybe just getting fit is your goal, we have something for you.
