We serve fresh and popular local Hawaiian style food. We also serve traditional marinated poke on a bed of rice, salad, with the option to choose sides and toppings at the end. The traditional way of serving poke is to cut the fish into cubes and use basic ingredients such as sea salt, soy sauce, inamona (kukui nuts), seaweed and sesame oil. Poke came from Hawaii and has expanded to many different types of flavors. Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other Asian countries had added unique flavors to these local dishes.
