SI BodyWorks is located in Nashville Tennessee. SI ,short for Structural Integration, addresses the fascial webbing of the body. This fine but very strong connective tissue, fascia, can be stretched and manually manipulated to create length and more space in the body to which the muscles can freely move. This takes pressure off joints and spine. Structural Integration improves posture as well as flexibility. For sport injuries or scar tissue types of issues, Structural Integration is very successful at treating both.
