Your Natural Birth

Your Natural Birth is exactly that, YOURS. I teach The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth in Long Beach. I teach these classes so that you can gather the information you will need to safely and confidently navigate the birth experience. Whether you’re planning to deliver in a hospital, a birthing center, or at home, a comprehensive childbirth class is imperative. Come take this 12-class course (24 hours of instruction) and learn to tune into your body so that you can fully relax during labor. We will cover nutrition, pregnancy exercises, anatomy, physiology, interventions, and informed consent. You’re probably not learning a whole bunch in those 6 minute prenatal appointments with your obstetrician. You need a class. Would you take a class from a car salesman on how to buy a car? Then why would you take a class from a hospital on how to deliver a baby? Don’t get lost in a 4 hour (or less) class with 20 (or more) other folks. I’m also a labor and birth doula with over 10 years of experience helping birthers through childbirth. I can provide doula services to anyone in Southern California no matter where they plan to give birth – hospital, birth center, or home.
