The People’s Last Stand (People’s) brings a fresh energy to Mockingbird Station and to the City of Dallas by providing patrons with a venue to create memorable social experiences. Given that all bars essentially sell the same product, we are determined to differentiate People’s on two fronts: quality and service. Every drink that we build uses house-made bitters, sodas, infusions and liqueurs — each fashioned with careful attention to detail and favoring locally sourced flavors and ingredients. For the beer and wine enthusiasts, we offer a wide selection of craft brews and hand-selected wines. Regardless what the drink of choice may be, our drinks will always be served to exceed our customers’ expectations. Furthermore, there is no question that service is the single most important ingredient when distinguishing between the ordinary and the best. Our staff will have a thorough understanding of the ingredients and process that each drink requires, enabling them to act as advisers.
