Lamen (拉麵)
Lamen has been served for over 4,000 years in China and are precursors to the Japanese Ramen noodles. Our Lamen at Reren’s carries on this history and is made daily in the restaurant with high-gluten whole-wheat flour to produce chewy, flavor-soaking noodles.
