I am a Sex & Relationship Therapist, so I help people with anything related to their intimate life! I love working with attachment issues, the AltSex community (LGTBQIA, consensual non-monogamists & kink/BDSM folx) and a mindful approach to sexuality. My mission is to help dispel shame and stigma related to sexuality. I also work with relationship partners using an approach that combines Gottman Couples Counseling (I’ve completed Levels 1 & 2 of their training) and attachment theory. I love helping people learn to communicate directly, lovingly and effectively.
