Mobile Meals of Tucson helps elderly and disabled adults to continue living independently in their own homes, avoiding the high emotional and financial cost of a nursing home, by delivering medically-tailored meals to clients five days a week. We serve most of Tucson, as well as nearby Sahuarita and Green Valley. We receive no state or federal funding.
Mobile Meals of Tucson provides:
-Daily meal delivery to clients’ homes to ensure adequate nourishment and maintain strength;
-Medically-tailored diets to improve physical health and help clients manage chronic illnesses; and
-Regular socialization with volunteers to reduce isolation and increase sense of connectedness.
