As a Certified Women’s Health and Nutrition Specialist I am passionate about caring for women who struggle with hormonal imbalances, reproductive and sexual health issues. I empower women through education and help them safely integrate practical tools to transform their health and wellbeing. Being a specialist in women’s health and having my own personal struggles with hormonal imbalances, I have the good fortune of sharing my knowledge with women and of helping them overcome uncomfortable female issues and diagnoses through nutrition, supplement support, and guidance.
