Grant works to reconnect clients to their bodies so that they may gain a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, poise and relief from pain. By employing the hands-on techniques of Rolfing® Structural Integration to balance posture and utilizing movement education to deepen the felt sense of your body, Grant helps facilitate change in your body and support health.
While Grant has worked extensively with elite level athletes, he accepts clients from all walks of life, people who are looking for positive change, and people who want to reconnect with their body. He is also expanding his clientele to include new moms, to help women regain comfort and order in their bodies within 6 months to a year after giving birth.
I thoroughly enjoy the collaborative process that arises in my sessions as we explore how you live and move and look for ways to reconnect you to a source of greater vitality and self-efficacy.
