Its other processing consists of major infrastructure, utilities, power plants, residential land development, golf courses, recreational projects, capital equipment financing and leasing, asset-based loans and working capital. The company is interested in economically feasible projects with adequate collateral or credit enhancements that may limit the risk of loss of its investor s substantial wealth. .
