Ainslie Kaufer, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in Burbank, California. She provides a variety of therapeutic sessions for both heterosexual and LGBT couples including couples therapy, marriage counseling, family therapy, life coaching, premarital counseling, grief counseling, and depression. Ms. Kaufer believes that a strong therapeutic relationship can change and improve a person’s life and works with clients to find emotional growth and resiliency.
Ms. Kaufer earned her bachelor’s degree at New York University before completing her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Antioch University. She interned at the Maple Counseling Center and spent time in advanced psychological training at the Southern California Psychoanalytic Institute and the Los Angeles Psychoanalytic Institute. She is a current member of the American Association of Couples and Sex Therapists.
Ms. Kaufer is looking forward to meeting new patients from throughout the Los Angeles area and building trusting professional relationships to help her patients to learn the communication skills and behaviors necessary to developing intimate relationships and a fulfilling life.
