We offer a diverse class schedule so that there is something for everyone! Our classes include gentle yoga, restorative yoga, hatha/flow, vinyasa, athletic yoga, prenatal yoga, and ballet. Our healing center offers Reiki sessions, Akashic Record Readings, and Stress Management sessions. Private lessons are also available with an appointment.
