Located on a popular designated bike route connecting Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, we are in close proximity to countless miles of biking and hiking trails at the base of Pikes Peak, and are less than a mile from the majestic Garden of the Gods Park, voted the #1 Park in the U.S. and #2 in the world on Trip Advisor. Our rooms currently are nothing fancy. We purchased the property in June 2016 and are working to renovate. Our first suite renovation to a bicycle-themed, bicycle-friendly, group suite that sleeps 5 – 11 people with a kitchen, family room and private yard is now complete and available to rent.
