DESOTO ATHLETIC CLUB

Established in 1999, Desota Athletic Club offers variety of fitness classes, programs, equipment and professional trainers to members. It offers a wide range of group classes, such as advanced aqua, BodyCircuit, BodyCombat, BodyJam, BodyPump and BodyStep. It also provides classes in hydro pilates, spinning, step aerobics and yoga. It has a swimming school that provides classes and offers private swimming lessons. The club also provides daily classes for small groups in various athletic programs. Desota Athletic Club offers martial arts classes and provides a variety of indoor and outdoor sports leagues. In addition, the club hosts various championships, clinics, mixers and tournaments in sports, such as basketball, racquetball, tennis and volleyball. The club is located in Southaven, Miss., and has a branch in Collierville, Tenn. .
