First Federal has eight full-service offices located in Northern Michiganin Alpena, the Main Office on Second Avenue, and a branch office on Ripley Boulevard, Alanson, Cheboygan, Gaylord, Lewiston, Mio, and Oscoda. All of our offices are designed with customer service in mind. Comfortable private offices are provided for all loan officers. We have drive-thru facilities and night depository boxes at all locations. All the offices have ATMs. The Alpena (Main), Mio, Cheboygan, Lewiston, Ripley, and Gaylord offices have safe deposit boxes available for our customers’ convenience. .
