Justine specializes in helping people with: weight issues, GI disorders, fatigue and depression/anxiety. She also uses private and group yoga/meditation sessions to supplement nutrition programs- addressing true mind/body wellness from more than one angle.
Justine believes that you can change your life by changing the way you eat and that food can be a powerful healer if given the opportunity!
She helps people improve their health and feel their best by finding the diet that’s right for them. Using an integrative, holistic approach, she examines the whole person including diet, lifestyle, stress and exercise and works with each individual to make better choices that help them feel their best again.
I moved to Denver and discovered a community that supports and embraces holistic healing modalities. Determined to make a difference in someone else’s story, I decided to go back to school at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. I earned my Master certification in Holistic Nutrition Therapy and now own my private practice: Grown to Heal Nutrition. I have since completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification as well.
When clients are done working with Justine, they have a better awareness of what food makes them thrive, and a deeper understanding and connection with their body.
