I offer several different therapeutic modalities, with an emphasis on Thai and Ashiatsu myofascial barefoot massage techniques and encouraging self-care strategies for a customized synergistic treatment plan.
I also offer Barefoot Yomassage, which combines guided breathwork, restorative yoga, and massage into one amazing session.
I love working with athletes, chronic pain patients, and folks in the childbearing year and beyond. I’ve gotten excellent results on conditions of the neck & shoulder, as well as headaches.
