Maple 500 Apartments

At Maple 500, we’ve been housing Oklahoma State University students for decades, and in 2016 and ’17, we underwent extensive renovations to update and modernize all our 1- and 2-bed apartments. We added new appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite countertops and energy efficient windows. We renovated the kitchens and bathrooms while retaining the retro charm of original hardwood floors and spacious rooms our tenants have long enjoyed. We offer off-campus living for today’s independent students who want the conveniences of home within close proximity to OSU’s classrooms. We’re located at the corner of Knoblock and Maple, just behind the Qboba and an EZ walk to OSU’s Spears School of Business, Morrill Hall, Bartlett Center, Seretean Center, Student Union, Classroom building, Paul Miller broadcasting school, and Edmon Low library.
