Opal: Food + Body Wisdom is a locally owned eating disorder treatment center in the heart of Seattle’s University District. We provide outpatient services to adolescents and adults of all genders with food and body concerns and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for women 18+ with eating disorders and disordered eating. Opal offers mental health counseling, nutrition counseling, family therapy and psychiatric services at all levels of care. We now provide non-clinical and affordable lodging for our PHP and IOP clients. At Opal clients receive holistic, relational based care that is responsive to research and grounded in a Health at Every Size approach. We are in-network with most major insurance companies.
