We specialize in an integration of Classical Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with bodywork and Zen Buddhism. This combination allows for a comprehensive approach to work with the root cause of illness – whether it be physical (e.g. injury rehabilitation), or mental/emotional/spiritual (common in chronic illness). In the process, symptoms get remedied, the mind and emotions begin to settle, and the spirit is fortified to a place of being able to stay in a place of health and wellness.
